- Course Levels:
- Level 1: Foundation of Developing a Security Program (NISPOM policies, systems, templates, organization)
- Level 2: Security Program Implementation (FCL self-inspection, security briefings, employee compliance)
- Level 3: DCSA Security Review (how to excel with confidence, required documentation, Senior Management Official and Key Management Personnel roles)
- Each level focuses on strengthening your FSO skills.
- Course can be divided by levels:
- Entire Course: FSOs with two or less years of experience (or minimal work experience)
- Levels 2 and 3: Intermediate training for developing FSOs
- Level 3: Seasoned FSOs wanting to excel with Security Reviews
